As buggy as pokemon go is they are still serving out bans over stuff they refused to tell you what the ban is over. As this banned for 30 days. I don't spoof or used any of the other 3 party apps while I played the game either. Perhaps Mr. Satoshi Tajiri should have a talking to them as he's the creator of pokemon. Since pokemon go has taken over the from Nintendo the game seem to have gone downhill. Here's the wiki page on the original game.

Niantic, Inc can't see to get all the bugs out of pokemon go. All they worried about is handing out bans for people that not even cheating in the game. Maybe they should hand it back over to Nintendo and give them control over the game. Nintendo and game freak did a way better job with the game then they are doing now just saying.
