Poe panel eyes possible ‘cures’ for Mislatel franchise woes

After holding four hearings, the Senate committee on public services is now looking at possible remedies to “cure” the “defects” and questions surrounding the franchise of Mindanao Islamic Telephone Company, Inc. (Mislatel).
