Brazen badger burgles UK mum's home leaving trail of destruction

A UK mum has been forced to lock her freezer after a badger kept creeping into her home and gorging on her food.
Hannah Carver from Gosport in Hampshire spotted the huge animal coming in through the cat flap on her front door after wrongly suspecting a fox was to blame for the nightly raids.
The 29-year-old had been waking up to sounds of crashing and banging from her kitchen - and found the room covered in half-eaten frozen foods and wrappers.
Carver said: "I've had a badger break into my house for the past week. It helps itself to the freezer, whatever food it likes, ice lollies, crumpets, wraps, chicken. It trashes the bin and leaves complete and utter destruction."
