Right-wing populist parties hope for success in European elections

In a few days time the European elections will take place - with polls suggesting possible big gains for nationalist parties across the Continent. Ahead of the vote - a rally is taking place in Milan - where representatives from many of those groups will be in attendance. The BBC's Tim Allman has more.
