Getting candid! 90 Day Fiancé star Ashley Martson chatted with OKMagazine.com at the OK! Summer Kickoff party on Wednesday evening, May 15 about her impending divorce from husband, Jay Smith.
The TLC star first filed for divorce in January but then quickly withdrew the court documents. But her decision didn’t last long, as she filed again in April. “We are getting divorced,” Ashley confessed.
Ashley spoke to OK! about her recently released wedding photos and revealed whether she’s on good terms with her estranged ex or not.
Even though they’re splitting, they were contractually obligated to go through with the photoshoot.
“We signed a contract nine months ago so we kinda… if I say I’m going to do something I’m going to do it,” she explained.
As for how things are between Ashley and Jay currently? “We’re civil, we’re good,” she said, before confirming that he had moved out.
Don’t count on her having a new boyfriend anytime soon, as she’s not open to dating and wants to focus on her kids. Despite it all, Ashley says her kids “love” Jay.
