Wendy Williams Dissolves
the Hunter Foundation The foundation was
dedicated to helping people
who suffer from substance abuse. Williams, who has also struggled with substance abuse,
made the announcement on her daytime talk show. She reassured viewers that she
still “remains committed to helping
others in the struggles of life.” The 54-year-old also said that
she would continue to be dedicated to
"other foundations" but did not specify. According to Page Six, a source claims Williams wanted
to distance herself from her estranged husband,
Kevin Hunter, who helped launch the foundation. A substance abuse hotline
for the foundation was
established back in March. It is currently unclear if
that will also be dissolved.
