Tommy Robinson will face new contempt proceedings over claim he filmed people in criminal trial and put the footage on social media, High Court judges rule
Robinson, 36, was jailed for 13 months in May, 2018 after filming people on trial
A contempt finding made against him was quashed by Court of Appeal in August
He was facing fresh proceedings brought by Attorney General Geoffrey Cox QC
It was decided by High Court judges today that he would indeed face a re-trial
