Brian Slocum, 43, tried to pawn his seven-month-old son on May 7 in a pawn store in Sarasota, Florida. The shop clerk was concerned for the welfare of the child and called the police. When Slocum realized the police were trying to identify him he came forward and told them it was a prank and he was intending to make a funny video for social media out the encounter.
