The Westminster Court has for the third time rejected economic offender Nirav Modi's bail plea against extradition in the 13000 cr PNB scam case. Next hearing is to be held on May 30. He was arrested by Scotland Yard on March 19 in connection with the rs 13,000 crore PNB loan default case. A team of enforcement directorate was in London to oppose the bail plea of diamantaire Nirav Modi who is lodged in a London jail.
