Never Ask Close-Ended Questions to Customers - By Sanjay Singh, Sales Coach

What is the best measure to close a business deal and achieve success in sales? The answer is to give opportunity to customers to open. Never ask close-ended questions to your customers. Since in these types of customer responses, you get restricted answers such as ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ from customers. This of course makes the sales communication to come to an end. To keep the interaction open, ask open-ended questions like customer opinions, their interests about your product and expectations from it. This will help you get factual responses that can help you create a perfect sales strategy to eventually closing a deal.
