Rick Perry Has The Creepiest Response To Hillary Clinton’s Speech

Hillary Clinton’s big Thursday afternoon foreign policy speech was heavy on shots at Donald Trump’s character and light on policy discussion. She tore into Trump for his “dangerously incoherent” ideas in an effort to make the case that electing Trump president would usher in a dangerous time both domestically and abroad.
But one person who was not impressed by Clinton’s delivery was former Texas Governor Rick Perry. Perry, who bashed Trump when he dropped out of the presidential race last full but endorsed him last month, invoked The Silence of the Lambs when he was asked to respond to Clinton’s speech during a Fox News appearance.
“Donald Trump will peel her skin off in a debate setting,” Perry said. “Donald Trump will peel her skin off in a debate setting and actually he’ll peel it off this evening [during a campaign event] out in San Jose as well.”
