From the 80's Channel 4 TV show 'The Unforgettables'
The Nashville Teens are a British pop band who formed in Surrey in the Summer of 1962. Their most well known single was "Tobacco Road", released in 1964. It was their first single to reach the charts. It went to number 6 in the UK and ranked in the top 20 in the US. Tobacco Road gave them their highest chart position in the UK & US. There following single peaked at No. 10 in the UK but only reached 117 in the US
