Government to release probe results on fires at ESS facilities

The government says it will soon reveal the results of its investigation into fires that broke out at local factories making energy storage systems for power grids.
The results, which were supposed to come out in March, are to be announced next month.
From the summer of 2017 to early this year, dozens of fires ravaged facilities belonging to companies including Samsung SDI and LG Chem.
The delay in results is making it hard for affected firms to win new orders.
