Young Kanye in ‘Omniverse’ Smith is set to play an alternate reality version of Kanye West. Smith is also an executive producer on the series. ‘Omniverse’ will examine different doors of
perception, with season one focusing on the ego. West is an executive producer on the show,
marking his first major foray into television. Scooter Braun will also act as an executive producer,
representing his media company, SB Projects. Lee Sung Jin, best
known for his work
on ‘Silicon Valley,’ will
serve as both an
executive producer
and writer. The half-hour anthology series is
currently in development by Showtime
