Detectives from Morley station have responded to a call an armed man is threatening people in Mt Lawley. When they arrive a man called Chris tells how he’d been involved in a heated argument with another man who produced a gun and threatened him. Plus, when the Region Enforcement Squad interrupts a Vietnamese hydro-house, they discover several hundred thousand dollars worth of dope. Also, when PCs Andrew and Sharon pull over Brendan Cavanagh for drink driving, he blows twice the legal limit. Brendan claims he’s only had one can of bourbon, but lying to the Police is pointless – especially when the breathalyser reads otherwise. Finally, officers are called to a scene at a local takeaway Pizza joint where an intoxicated man has smashed the glass menu board and violently threatened customers and staff.
