Archival footage of Barasingha and Chital sparring and grazing in India
  • 5 years ago
Chital or Spotted Deer race through the forest in India. Meanwhile, what appear to be Barasingha and not Sambhar spar in a pond and then race off, perhaps due to the presence of a predator. Could these be Barasingha deer in Dudhwa or Kaziranga, perhaps?

Help us identify this wildlife of yore, from the old archive of a British forest service officer.
