Royal Challengers Bangalore fast bowler Dale Steyn has been ruled out of the remainder of Indian Premier League 2019 due to an inflammation on his shoulder, the IPL franchise confirmed on Thursday.Steyn had missed Royal Challengers Bangalore's 17-run win over Kings XI Punjab on Wednesday at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium due to the shoulder injury.
