Since 2010, Ed Sheeran has conquered the attention of the world and established himself as one of the best international artists. Ed Sheeran was born in February 1991 in Halifax, England and he started playing the guitar and writing songs at a young age. As a teenager, he left his school and moved to London to pursue his musical career. It was in January 2011 that Sheeran released “The A Team” which attained No.2 on the iTunes chart without any promotion. He is well-known all over the world and has been invited to perform in front of the Royal Family and for the closing of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. In 2014, he began dating his high school friend Cherry Seaborn, and they got married discreetly far from any spotlight. Sheeran's second studio album 'Multiply' came out in 2014 and was an instant global success with over 14 Million copies sold. On December 7, 2017, Sheeran was made a member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for his contribution to music and charity, and he received the honours from Prince Charles. He has collaborated and written for various artists such as Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Robbie Williams, James Blunt, Eminem and Beyoncé. Ed Sheeran gave a pleasant surprise to his followers as he appeared for a cameo role in the famous series "Game of Thrones". He will also play in a feature film by Danny Boyle that will be released in September 2019.
