Seoul confirms Kim Jong-un's visit to Russia, says visit may produce positive outcome

The nation's top office confirmed that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is indeed expected in Russia for a summit with President Vladimir Putin.
Speaking under the condition of anonymity,... a senior official at Cheong Wa Dae said the visit is considered a part of efforts to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula,... and added Seoul welcomes the trip.
The official also confirmed reports, without unveiling further details, that President Moon may be in fact carrying a personal message by U.S. President Trump for the North Korean leader.
