Life & Info: Illegal parking subject to immediate fines upon app-based report

Cars parked for more than one minute near fire hydrants, bus stops …and on crosswalks and street corners… are now subject to fines.
The Ministry of the Interior and Safety has implemented a reporting system that imposes immediate fines without parking enforcement officials having to do spot checks.
Parking or stopping for more than one minute are both prohibited within five meters of fire hydrants and corners of intersections,… within ten meters of bus stops …and on crosswalks.
Residents who locate illegally parked cars can report them by taking two photos showing the car and location at one-minute intervals, …and uploading them on the Safety Report app.
