The employees of Jet Airways met with Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. After the meeting, the employees jet CEO Vinay Dube said that the finance minister patiently heard the case presented by them. The employees requested him to have an open and transparent bidding process. He said that the finance minister assured them of the same and told them that 4 parties were interested in jet airways. Sources have also told Newsx that the employees have put forth three demands. To expedite bidding process, release money through mortgage for salaries and to provide advanced fuel for 2 months to make the airlines operational.
