The only way it can "maybe" save money is if it involves a massive tax hike, which Sanders' site neglects will inevitably affect the middle and working classes, along with a substantial business tax hike he neglects to mention will come from small and regional firms under current tax law because multinationals use tax havens to avoid any tax at all.
