Couple ‘seasteading’ off Thailand accused of violating Thai sovereignty

A couple have been accused of violating Thai sovereignty by building a floating house. Chad Elwartowski from the US and his Thai partner Supranee Thepdet, also known as Nadia Summergirl, said the floating house was built 14 nautical miles off the west coast island of Phuket, outside Thailand’s territorial waters.
