President Trump slammed former President Obama on Twitter.

President Trump on Thursday slammed former President Obama, hours after the release of special counsel Robert Mueller's report on the probe into Russia's meddling in the 2016 presidential election.
"Anything the Russians did concerning the 2016 Election was done while Obama was President," Trump tweeted. "He was told about it and did nothing! Most importantly, the vote was not affected."
Trump has repeatedly gone after Obama over the Russia probe.

Last month, he floated the idea that the Obama White House may have been behind the Mueller investigation.
When speaking to reporters, he said that the plot against him "went very high up."  "It started fairly low but with instructions from the high up. This should never happen to a president again," Trump continued. When asked if he thought "it reached the West Wing of the Obama White House," Trump stated, "I don't want to say that, but I think you know the answer."
