Nigel Farage has criticised the path he believes Ukip has taken since he left the party. Speaking at the launch of the new Brexit Party in Coventry, the prominent Leave vote campaigner said Ukip have attracted a "loutish fringe". The former Ukip leader added: "I don't think that Middle England, decent people, want to vote for a political party that is linked with extremism, violence, criminal records and thuggery".
