BJP leader Subramanian Swamy won the legal battle with IIT Delhi. A Delhi court Monday ordered the IIT Delhi to pay his salary for the period between 1971-1992 with the interest rate of 8% per annum. Swamy has worked in the institute between 1969 to 1971 as an economics professor.
