Arresting a Cop In LSPDFR

We were near Grapeseed when a Los Santos Police car passed us at almost 100 MPH, speeding up to 115 MPH afterward. We attempted to stop the speeding vehicle, but the driver continued, finally stopping on a dirt road near Mirror Park. We arrested the off-duty LSPD officer and transported him to the jail.
This is sort-of based on a real-life incident out of Florida, where an off-duty Miami PD officer in his Miami PD cruiser led a Florida Highway Patrol trooper on a brief 120 MPH pursuit back in 2011.
