NEW DELHI: Taking the view that Rajasthan senator Kalyan Singh had brought down the "esteem of the high office involved by him" by portraying himself as one among BJP 'karyakartas' amid an ongoing collaboration with BJP party-specialists in Aligarh, Election Commission will keep in touch with President R N Kovind to accept further measures as he regards fitting.
