Good morning, dress warmly on your way out, it still feels more like winter for some inland regions, sub freezing morning lows to start the day. The thermometer points at 1.5 degrees in Seoul at the moment, strong gusts will only make it feel chillier than the actual temperature.
It won't feel much like April even in the afternoon. Temperatures later in the day won't rise much, it will remain below the seasonal average until tomorrow so dress accordingly so you don't catch a cold.
Plenty of spring sunshine will shine down on us though along with good air quality, morning lows kicking off in the low single digits for most areas, sub zero for Daejeon.
Daily highs will be 1 to 3 degrees higher than yesterday in most areas...ranging between 12 and 15 degrees Celsius this afternoon. Eastern parts of the country including Daegu and Busan are under a dry weather advisory.
