Khan: 'Increase in violent crime demands national solutions'

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan says the Prime Minister needs to instruct the Chancellor to allocate funding to tackle knife crime immediately. Mr Khan added that the increase in violent crime is a "national problem that demands national solutions".
