S. Korea's presidential security official leaves for Washington to discuss Moon-Trump summit

South Korea's second deputy chief of the National Security Office, Kim Hyun-chong,... departed for Washington to discuss details of a planned summit between South Korean President Moon Jae-in and U.S President Donald Trump on April 11.
Kim told reporters upon his departure at Incheon International Airport,... that he is set to confer with his counterparts at the U.S. National Security Council... on various key agendas for the bilateral summit.
He added,... that he will seek ways to deliberate on their 'top-down' diplomacy.
However, he did not respond to questions on whether Seoul is planning to send a special envoy to Pyeongyang.
