Uber Technologies Inc. is finalizing a $3.1 billion cash-and-share deal to acquire its Dubai-based competitor, Careem Networks FZ. The deal precedes Uber’s much anticipated initial public offering. Analysts predict Uber’s listing to be one of the biggest in the history of the New York Stock Exchange.
