Representative Ilhan Omar on Tuesday fired back at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s rebuke of her Israel-related comments.

Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar on Tuesday fired back at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's rebuke of her Israel-related remarks.  "This from a man facing indictments for bribery and other crimes in three separate public corruption affairs. Next!" she noted via Twitter. Omar included a link to a tweet from Sheryl Gay Stolberg of the New York Times, who reported: "Rebuke from @netanyahu to @IlhanMN at @AIPAC: 'From this Benjamin: It's not about the Benjamins!'"  Benny Johnson of Turning Point USA shared more of the statement Netanyahu made at the recent American Israel Public Affairs Committee conference, writing: "NETANYAHU WRECKS ANTI-SEMITE REP. ILHAN OMAR 'From this Benjamin, it's not about the Benjamins! The reason the people of America support Israel is not because they want our money. It's because they share our values. Some people will just never get it.' *AUDIENCE ROARS*"  The prime minister's comment was an apparent reference to Omar's February remark about the influence Israel has on American politics.  She tweeted: "It's all about the Benjamins baby."  That comment was viewed by many as being anti-Semitic.
