Inter-Korean Joint Liaison Office in operation for second day after N. Korea's partial return

Yesterday, some North Korean officials returned to the inter-Korean liaison office at Gaesong, having abruptly left en masse last week.
Today, they and the South Korean officials there again held their daily meeting.
Seoul's Unification Ministry says... four or five North Korean officials came to work - the same number as the previous day,... which is still fewer than the ten people the North normally sends to the office.
Nine South Korean officials crossed the border on their way to the joint liaison office earlier in the day,... bringing the total number of South Koreans at the Gaeseong facility to 63.
