April-like afternoon, but toxic dust in most areas _ 032619

Good afternoon. Temperatures will be 5 to 7 degrees higher than yesterday as mild winds will help warm us by the afternoon.
But we won't be able to enjoy the early spring weather because of toxic smog again. Right now regions in the east are having high levels of ultra fine dust but levels will gradually increase in most areas except Gwangju, Jeollanam-do Province and Jeju Island.
Daily highs in Daegu and Gwangju will jump to 20 degrees Celsius with a big daily temperature gap, Seoul will reach 16 degrees. Most areas will see brighter skies as the day goes on.
As for the outlook, temperatures will drop below the seasonal average starting Friday, still going up and down for a while so be sure to dress accordingly.
