Watch recipe: Khoba Roti

Presenting, one of the traditional breads of Rajasthan. Wheat flour is worked into dough along with carom seeds, kasuri methi, chilli flakes and generous doses of ghee. Roll these out and arrive at perfectly browned khoba rotis.
