Aubergine Mixture

Roasted Aubergine (egg plant) cooked well in a beautiful golden brown mixture of green chillies, garlic, onions, spices and concluded by mixing it well with yogurt and chopped coriander. Fill it in between de-seeded cucumber and snap! It's ready to serve.
