PM: 'Insufficient support for third Meaningful Vote'

Prime Minister Theresa May has made a statement in the House of Commons following last week's EU summit. She told MPs there is not enough support in Parliament at the moment for another meaningful vote, but she will continue to have discussions with MPs to see if they can be convinced to vote for the deal.
