United Airlines Now
Offers Non-Binary Gender
Booking Options United Airlines is the first
U.S. airline to offer customers
the ability to identify as non-binary. The title “Mx.” will now be available
alongside “Mr.” And “Ms.” during
booking and when creating
MileagePlus customer profiles. Toby Enqvist, Chief Customer Officer,

new employee training initiatives
in partnership with the Human
Rights Campaign and The Trevor Project. These courses will focus on
educating employees on
preferred pronouns and
