Giuliani Compares Mueller Report Wait To 'Waiting For A Baby'

Rudy Giuliani weighed in on the eagerly anticipated Mueller report.

President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani compared waiting for the report from special counsel Robert Mueller to "waiting for a baby."  "It's like waiting for a baby. Or, maybe, it's more like waiting for a jury. You make your case, then you have to wait days for that verdict," he said in an interview with the Washington Post.   "If the report is good, I'll give out cigars," Giuliani continued.  Trump has appeared confident that the report will not be damaging to him but has also questioned Mueller's authority to write it. When asked by a reporter on Wednesday if he feels the public has a right to see Mueller's findings, Trump replied: "I don't mind. I mean, frankly, I told the House, 'If you want, let them see it.'"  "I just won an election," Trump also said. "And I'm saying to myself, wait a minute, I just won one of the greatest elections of all time in the history of this country — and even you will admit that — and now I have somebody writing a report that never got a vote. It's called the Mueller report. So explain that, because my voters don't get it.  And I don't get it."
