How to Use your Redmi Phone as a Mobile WiFi Hotspot on MIUI 10.2?

Note: Mobile WiFi Hotspot uses your mobile data connection. so, charges may apply.

Enable Mobile data first by pulling down the notification panel, and from quick panel. tap on Mobile data. After that, follow the steps below:-

Step 1: Tap on 'settings' App.

Step 2: Tap on 'Portable Hotspot'.

Step 3: Tap on 'set up wifi hotspot', and then give SSID, password, band etc.

Step 4: Tap on 'check' link at top right.

Step 5: Tap on 'Portable WiFi Hotspot'.

Now, go to any other device and connect to the hotspot that you created.

It's done.
