By PETER BRECK >" I worked with Pernell Roberts on "Bonanza", and twice when he was a guest on "The Big Valley". Pernell and I worked very well together. He was solid at what he was doing, he always came prepared, and as a person to work with between the scenes in regard to getting a scene off the page, he knew his words and what he would do with his character. Pernell is a marvelous man, and one of the truly good, professional actors. I understood him and he understood me. He always said what was on his mind, and I loved him for it. NOTE: Peter Breck played in Bonanza, "The Cheating Game;" and Pernell appeared with Peter in two episodes of “The Big Valley”.
