K-pop star Jung Joon-young who is embroilled in a massive sex scandal... is now waiting to learn whether his immediate future includes jail.
The Seoul Central District Court held a hearing... to review whether the singer needs to be arrested for filming sexual acts with around 10 women he slept with and sharing them without their consent.
The disgraced TV personality spoke to reporters outside the court this morning.
"First of all, I am deeply sorry. I have committed an unforgivable crime. I confess to all the accusations against me."
A ruling on his arrest is expected late tonight or early Friday morning.
The idol's lawyer has also been booked on charges of destroying evidence during a case involving his client in 2016.
Jung was sued for illegally filming his then-girlfriend's body.
Police officer in charge of the 2016 case was also booked on dereliction of duty.
