“Red Alert” follows Dr. Leila Jane Farrah Narag of Tondo Medical Center’s (TMC) emergency room (ER) to learn about the day-to-day challenges faced by ER physicians. The program also addresses the shortage of doctors and tertiary hospitals in the country and tallies the number of patients brought to the different sections of TMC's ER. “Red Alert” then finds out what motivated Dr. Narag to pursue medicine and what she feels whenever one of her patients dies. Lastly, Dr. Narag explains why she chooses to continue saving lives despite the difficulty of her job.
