Dalai Lama says his successor may be found in India

The Dalai Lama said it is possible that the Tibetan Buddhism spiritual leader’s next incarnation may be found in India. Speaking to Reuters in the northern Indian town of Dharamsala, where he has lived in exile since fleeing Tibet 60 years ago, the Dalai Lama also stressed that any other successor named by China would not be respected.
