2年ぶり2度目の賞金女王を目指す鈴木愛が2打差3位から出て5バーディ、1ボギーの「68」でプレー。通算9アンダーで逆転し、ツアー10勝目となる今季初優勝を飾った。

後続に3打差をつけて迎えた18番で、2打目をピン上2mにつけ、これを沈めてダメ押しのバーディ。最終組のホールアウトを待たず、昨年6月の「ニチレイレディス」以来となる勝利を決めた。徳島県出身の鈴木は優勝スピーチで「10勝目という節目で、初めて四国で勝ててとてもうれしい。開幕戦を予選落ちしてゴルフが嫌になったが、来週からまた頑張れそうです」と喜んだ。

4打差の通算5アンダー2位に葭葉ルミ。通算4アンダーの3位に福田真未、岡山絵里、イ・ミニョン（韓国）が続いた。

首位タイで出た大城さつきとペ・ソンウ（韓国）はともに「76」と崩れ、通算3アンダーの6位で勝みなみ、上田桃子らと並んだ。前年覇者のアン・ソンジュ（韓国）は通算1オーバーの22位。比嘉真美子は通算3オーバーの39位に終わり、2週連続優勝はならなかった。

Satsuki Otsuki and Seonwoo Bae (Korea), both leading in Thailand, collapsed with “76”, winning a total of 3 under 6 in sixth place, alongside Momoko Ueda and others.Sun-Ju Ahn (Korea), who won the previous year, is 22nd overall with a 1-over. Mamiko Higa finished 39th in a total of 3 over, and won for two consecutive weeks.
