Michelle, the capital area is once again choking due to high levels of ultrafine dust.
That's right Daniel, and more dust is still to come throughout the night, blanketing more regions in the nation. Isolated showers have been coming down in some regions, but the amount of precipitation has not been enough to improve air quality significantly.
Cold air on Tuesday will help with the dust though. But at the same time, it will keep the highs below the season's average readings. Meanwhile, neighboring Beijing will have a high of 12 degrees Celsius, and 16 for Tokyo.
The nation's morning lows are rather chilly, Seoul hitting 3 degrees Celsius, Daegu 5 and Gyeongju at 4 degrees.
Seoul's daytime high will remain in the single digit range due to the cold wind. There will be more spring showers occurring this week, and a sudden cold spell on Wednesday.
