National Assembly to convene March session on Thursday

South Korea's National Assembly will convene its March parliamentary session this afternoon,... putting an end to two months of standstill.
During the month-long session,... the chiefs of the country's three main political parties will give policy speeches,... there'll be a questioning session of government ministries, and there's also a pile of pending bills to work through.
The parties have agreed to first work on non-contested bills related to the fine-dust problem,... and have them ready for a full floor vote next Wednesday.
The policy chiefs of each party will be meeting this afternoon to agree on the most urgent bills that need to be passed.
Another pending issue for the March session is the reform of the country's electoral system.
