Trump Goes After 'Pocahontas' Elizabeth Warren: 'I've Destroyed Her Political Career'

President Trump on Saturday delivered remarks at the Conservative Political Action Conference.

President Trump has boasted that he "destroyed" the "political career" of Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren who is running for president in 2020.
During his remarks at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Saturday, the president was criticizing the Green New Deal proposed by some progressive Democrats when he said: "I want them to embrace this plan. I want them to go and sell this plan. I just want to be the Republican that runs against them for that."
"I'm gonna regret this speech. This speech should have been delivered one year from now--not now dammit-- because...they're going to say you know this guy's really laying for us," Trump further noted. "I should have saved the Pocahontas thing for another year because I've destroyed her political career and now I won't get a chance to run against her and I would have loved it."
"Pocahontas" is a nickname Trump has used to mockingly refer to Warren who has faced controversy for identifying as part Native American in the past.
