Supreme Court to hear PIL on Patiala Court attack

The Supreme Court will today decide on a PIL seeking action against the goons who manhandled and attacked journalists at Patiala House Court. The PIL makes mention of the OP Sharma incident as well, and with the BJP not taking action against the Hooligan MLA, will the Apex Court pull him up for his rogue ways?
